This initiative follows concerns raised by the Migration Advisory Committee regarding misleading information from agents, aiming to improve accountability and trust between universities and agents. By linking each student's application to a specific agent, the government hopes to foster higher-quality applications and better compliance, ultimately benefiting both students and educational institutions.
