Just cleared out my previous posts on this platform. Why? Well, I noticed that my emotional musings, when rewritten by AI for inspiration, weren't the best fit for job hunting. It's a reminder of the challenges we face with automated hiring processes. Let's bring back the personal touch of the 90s when real conversations mattered in recruitment decisions. One on one conversations with every applicant needs to start happening again. Stop automatically rejecting the "almost there". Skills and adaptability should be valued over a proficiency in technology.
