Hi LinkedIn, As I'm quickly approaching my first full year at Marble Recruitment. I wanted to take a moment to reflect on some of the success stories over the past 12-months. As recruitment is full of its ups & downs, I think the main thing that will separate one recruiter from the next is the ability to be able to connect with those you're helping to find the right career for. How does this happen exactly? Firstly, ask important questions surrounding people's motivators to see what drives them. Secondly, listen twice as much as you speak (as the recruiter). In my experience, it pays to step outside of your generic checklist of questions and provide each unique candidate call the chance to be unique. Thirdly, know your clients' organisations inside out. Non-negotiable. As end of financial year is fast approaching, I look forward to adding to this list of candidate reviews as I strive to ensure people are fulfilled in the workplace.
