Here's my $350 machine trimmer that will out perform EVERY unit on the market! 😉 I've ran 100s of pounds through centurion pros, Twisters and Green Broz, and they've all been replaced by this! The problem with the commercial units is they are all so overengineered just so they can justify charging you over $5k. When using the commercial units I spent far more time cleaning blades, cleaning filter bags, cleaning brushes, cleaning blowers, sharpening blades, etc. It was a nightmare. 2hrs trimming, 1 hr cleaning and if you didn't clean things well at least once a day the units would seize up and not work. Cleaning was also very complicated, you had to take everything apart degrease and reassemble. My unit has gone through 500lbs without needing to be cleaned! Commercial units are also loud! with the blower and machine running it's super loud and super dusty!!! My unit is quiet and peaceful 😌 I literally went back to hand trimming, until I built this thing. My unit; No cleaning or maintenance No filters bags No loud blowers stirring up dust No need for a plug in (it's battery powered) No blades to sharpen No need to sit and feed it Does up to 1 lb at a time Gentle on flower Tighter trim than other machines with smaller slots It's just a Chile Roaster that I've wired a motor and speed controller to, but if you'd like my specific plans and part list, I've got it for sale for on my Patreon patreon.com/CropKing_Colin 💪😎🤘

Testing a Mini Lift Machine for Operational Efficiency Yup, this is me testing a machine designed to make warehouse operation smoother. This mini lift helps move goods between floors or area with different height levels. Inspired by the concept of a scissor lift, we developed it as a cost-effective and space-efficient solution. The Backstory in 2018, we struggled to transfer goods between areas with different floor height, like the picking and distribution zone. Using forklift was the only option, but it had two main issues: 1. Limited maneuverability in the tight space 2. Increased operational cost After analyzing the flow process, we proposed adding a mini lift to the work flow. This solution turned out to be cost-efficient and work seamlessly with the equipment we already using, like dollies and roll cages. Keys Steps in the Analysis: - Defining the current process - Proposing two alternative process options - Conducting a cost-benefit analysis The New Workflow Design Included: - Adjusting work schedules for warehouse and distribution team - Designing work routes for efficient movement - Assigning PIC for each process - Establishing equipment usage protocol (roll cages and dollies) - Creating training procedures and safety measures This Project is a great example of how innovation solve operational challenge in a practical, cost-effective way. #scissorlift #rollcages #dollies #warehouseoptimization #supplychain #processimprovement
