The largest technology event ever organized in the Eastern Mediterranean! 🌎 🇨🇾 And I was there! 😀 More than 9000 participants, over 1000 founders and 250 investors from all continents came to the 7th edition of Reflect Festival. 🌟💡 3 days, dozens of venues, thousands of new contacts, endless memories. 👨👩👦 👩👩👧👦 👨🏼🦱 👩🦱 🙍🏾♀️ 🙍🏻♂️ The Reflect Festival is now over, but the shared ideas are just beginning to mature, the seeds have been sown. 🚀 🔥 Just as my book with Dr. Christian Dräger is now sowing seeds bit by bit and encouraging young founders to take the step into self-employment, or not to give up despite initial failures. 📕 📖 The feedback I get about our book: “Wow, this has given me so much courage, I totally see myself in it and will definitely implement what you recommend in the book!” 🌟💡 They really encourage me. 🤩 In a way, I also feel like an investor, not financially, but morally: I help the founders to continue to believe in themselves and their idea with our book. And promoting such ideas and encouraging other people is something I really enjoy. 🌟💡 💪🌍 The talks about education and schools were also very interesting, because the innovation of our future lies with the children and if we train them at school to develop their own ideas and be inventive, then the economy of our country will also feel the effects at some point. So in order to remain innovative, we should also ensure a school system that promotes ideas! As I used to be a teacher myself, I know what I'm talking about. 🎓 🧑🏻🏫 👩🏽🏫 Alexander Vaselek talks about the Familyoffice as an investor. This was interesting for me after I had already learned a lot about such family offices from Dr. Christian and Stefan Dräger. A friend from France, whose family had owned many supermarkets, had also already told me a lot about his family office. Family office: A company whose purpose is to manage the large private assets of an owner family. Would you like more tips on setting up your business? Do you want to be open and brave enough to fail? Then order my book “Failure as a business accelerator” ("Scheitern als Businessbeschleuniger) here: https://lnkd.in/dscBPu_3 or reserve the book in English translation here: am@alice-moustier.com 📖 📗 What was the best founder festival you attended? The #CultTechSummit kicks off on Tuesday 5 November in Vienna, and I am very much looking forward to contributing to two panel discussions: 💬 The first, entitled "Redefining Academia", will focus on #HigherEducation: What should change in tomorrow's higher education? What would be the role of CultTech Association? What professions will be in demand and what opportunities will there be for cross-disciplinary specialists? 💬 On the second day of the Summit, we will discuss the main question of our research for the PACESETTERS Project: How can #arts and #culture, #heritage and #creativity not only adapt and contribute to the #ClimateTransition, but also drive it? How can culture lead the way and build a bridge from today's fossil fuel disaster business to a sustainable and regenerative economy? I am in big suspense about the contributions by Jose Luis de Vicente, Tugce Akbulut and Kenan Zekić. #ArtisticResearch #Collective Intelligences #SharedCreativity #DecentralisedArchitectures https://lnkd.in/dbemFy78

While we just received good news about future #projects funded by #CreativeEurope, it is a very good time to participate to the survey launched by European Commission for the first 10 years of the program supporting #arts, #culture and #creativity. It is an incredible way to shape the future of the #program and make it even better. In this article a little look at the Consorzio Materahub participation in the #EU initiative over the past years.
Have your say, we are having ours!

🚀 Next week is going to be action-packed in Helsinki! I’m thrilled to attend Slush, one of my all-time favorite startup events! Slush is known for its intense focus on founders, investors, and making impactful connections, all aimed at driving the future and laying out the roadmap for the next big moves. What impresses me the most is that it’s one of the few places where you can hear directly from those who built companies like Deepl, Hugging Face, Twitch, or Flix—true startup all-stars with invaluable insights to share. Plus, some of the most renowned investors from both the US and Europe will be there. It’s amazing to see big fish and small fish swimming in the same pond, working together and learning from each other. I already feel the energy! But that’s not all…since I’ll already be in Helsinki, we decided to double up on the excitement by hosting the Demo Day for our EIT Urban Mobility RAPTOR Helsinki pilot project! 🚶♂️🌍 Dreamwaves is working closely with the Helsingin kaupunki – Helsingfors stad – City of Helsinki, Forum Virium Helsinki and humankind to make urban navigation more accessible, and on Monday and Tuesday, we’ll be out on the streets with our data collection app, gathering essential insights on accessibility. 📢 Are you at Slush and curious about our navigation tech? Join us for a live demo, test our app in action, and experience firsthand how we’re creating accessible urban spaces for everyone. Also, if you’re interested in contributing to our research, check out our survey https://lnkd.in/dr9Dwz6r. Let’s make the most of this incredible week – connect with us at Slush, join us on the streets, and be part of the journey toward a more accessible future! #Accessibility #InclusiveCities #EIT #Slush #Dreamwaves #SpatialAudio #UrbanMobility
