Just a quick email with a quote from another supplier—no questions about dates, preferences, or even a simple phone call to understand my family’s needs. How do you create a quote without knowing the full picture of what someone truly wants? 🤯 As someone who coaches and believes in the power of connection, I’m stunned. A few people have asked what I can find for them as a Travel Counsellor and how it all works, so I thought I'd share my favourite analogy: ☀ Imagine you are in a department store where there are literally thousands of travel products. May be you know what you are looking for but not how to find it. Perhaps you know what you want but not which product will give you it. Perhaps it's a mixture. You most likely don't have all day to spend there... ☀ That's where I come in. Think of me as your personal shopper. I can find individual items and bundle them together for you. I can also find you 'gift sets', because some things aren't available separately or they are better value as a 'set'! Some things are in the stock room, you might not even know about these - they are really difficult to find. 🤔 ☀ I'll compare different products, and 'sets'.
