5moGreat points on hype marketing! Adding to Rory Sutherland's insight, does one approach work better than the other, or is it about finding the right balance? E.g. Apple seems to strike a perfect balance with their product launches: creating mass appeal while also making their latest models feel exclusive and highly coveted!
