If any of these myths caused you to avoid the co-creation process, you could be doing yourself a huge disservice. 😟 I get it - the term “patient co-creation” makes folks run for the hills. Sure, co-creation takes work, but it’s far less intimidating than its reputation. 🔎 Now for a bit of reality: There are a lot of myths, barriers, and pitfalls to patient co-creation and all they do is exacerbate the anxiety around the process. 😰 So I’m covering 4 of them here, today. Ready? Let’s go! 𝗠𝘆𝘁𝗵 #𝟭 - Co-creation is a “nice-to-have” - yes, it is. It’s also a must-have because customers have insights you’re not privy to! 𝗠𝘆𝘁𝗵 #𝟮 - Our situation is unique - maybe, but it’s not so unique that you don’t have a business, right? 𝗠𝘆𝘁𝗵 #𝟯 - Co-Creation is going to slow us down - think of it as a pit-stop and realize that co-creation will help you get to the finish line. 𝗠𝘆𝘁𝗵 #𝟰 - We already did the research - your bias is not the same as your customer’s need. Co-creation is a process, yes, but it’s necessary to increase your chance for success and decrease your chance of failure. Have you utilized customer co-creation? In what way? Let us know in the comments below!⤵ #coiq #healthtech #digitalhealth #startups #customerdiscovery #innovation
