💥 𝗪𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁? 💥 A great solution can be made awesome with quality input from trusted clients. But, while this sounds great, it can be a double-edged sword. ⚔️ Consider: 👉 On one hand, customer discovery is a proven, invaluable tool. 👉 On the other hand, too much input runs the risk of hijacking your product. Push back and you run the risk of jeopardizing the relationship with the people writing the checks. 🚫 You want to STAND OUT. You do not want to be another company in a pool of companies with comparable products. So, how does an innovator decide the best move forward? Simply ask this question: 𝐃𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐝𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧? ✔️ If yes: 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀. ❌ If no: 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺. Did you prevent a product from being hijacked?
