Have you noticed it? More millennials are getting skin into the innovation game. And they’re successful at it. So, I was dying to know: 🤐 What’s so different 𝗡𝗢𝗪? Is it a belief? A viewpoint? A disruption of the status quo? Millennials are bringing incredible ideas to the stage - and reaping the benefits. So, what’s giving them this advantage and why? 🧑🔬 Stephen Hawking once said: “𝑴𝒚 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒛𝒆𝒓𝒐 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝑰 𝒘𝒂𝒔 21. 𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒂 𝒃𝒐𝒏𝒖𝒔.” And after speaking with millennial superstar, Evan Ehrenberg - I saw the thread 🧵 A lack of expectations on how things can, or should be done cleared the way for failed experiments. 🏆 And failed experiments lead to discoveries ( successes) we might have missed.🏆 There’s a lot to be said for industry experience and as I’m finding out, there is just as much to be said about fresh perspectives. How about you? Have you taken a chance on an edgy idea and reaped the benefits? Awesome message 🎙Dr Roxie!
What a great interview.
Great interview 🎙Dr Roxie!
🎙Dr Roxie Mooney, DBA, I wouldn't say Evan Ehrenberg's thoughts on why Millennials are more innovative is unique to Millennials. Consider what Boomers created: Internet, artificial heart, USB port, Viagra ... they were also told things couldn't be done. Good post.
Great watch!
Wow, incredible insights from the guest!
Very insightful and impressive guest.
