Picture it: the good news comes in and - Game changer! Happy dance! 💃🏼 And then, just like 2020, it happens: The sleight of hand. The kabosh. The big: NOPE! 🛑 Seriously, what’s up with that? When a big fish bites - it should be life-affirming, not a ☠️ 𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗣 ☠️ But, it happens - and it happens often Something looks good up front, and then the challenges: ❌ A change in leadership ❌ A market change ❌ Changes in your target market Dare I say it? Oh, you know I dare: ❌ G - L - O - B - A - L * P - A - N - D - E - M - I - C - S (I mean, really 2020?) All of a sudden you’re in 𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗢𝗧 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗚𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 - Uh oh. Okay, bad, but not the end of the world! There are alternate routes like tying future sales to the backend of pilot agreements! You put a lot of work into gathering data - and having the data is great but having a shared expense model for those “break in case of emergency” changes?
