Every innovator should strive to be: 🚀 Mission grounded 🚀 Purposeful and 🚀 Focused But acknowledging who you are and what your story brings to the team is fuel that can push your innovation to the front of the pack. 🏁 Healthcare is an industry where most companies enter the race higher up on the go-to-market ladder 🌿 being down in the trenches, and starting at a grassroots level, however provides a unique perspective: the view through the eyes of your target audience.
