This story is about 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 They never got to know their audience - and it showed. 😞 They used predictable and tired approaches that left their customers 😱 bored and uninspired. They couldn’t understand why their customers weren’t: ⭐ Excited ⭐ Engaged and ⭐ Singing their praises This did not help their growth. 📉 🗣️ So, they tried a different approach: 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 and found out: 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. They want to play a part in their care. So they made adjustments, developed a new catchphrase, changed some language. and 💣 𝗕 𝗢 𝗢 𝗠 Instant 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 The moral of the story: Know your audience, speak their language, show they matter.
