In digital health innovation: 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘀. 🛑 Just like every other innovator in this (and any other) space, accelerators who are just starting out have to lay their groundwork first. They need to know what game they’re playing, and what position That includes: ✔️ Having a good idea ✔️ Finding the right opportunity ✔️ Gathering knowledge on their competition and ✔️ Meeting a specific need that is not currently being met They have to know their game, and then play it - and play it well. 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁. 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲. 𝗧𝗵𝗲. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁. 𝗢𝗳. 𝗨𝘀. Thank you @Dr. Roxie Mooney for the opportunity to talk about our "virtual game" in the cloud since 2015 before anyone else was thinking about it. I enjoyed chatting with you and hopefully your audience learned that no matter your business you need to innovate, differentiate and find a way to build a sustainable, repeatable and competitive model. Accelerators are here to stay because the technology is accelerating exponentially. But, it is important to understand, that accelerators also have a short life span. They don't last forever and they can become irrelevant if they don't see the future.
