🚀 MY MISSION HASN’T CHANGED? 🚀 Has yours? Eric Ries, author of the Lean Startup Co. defines a pivot as a change in strategy without a change in vision. BEFORE #COVID My mission was to help #health #innovators get their #innovation into the hands of the people that need them the most. To help them create a market #strategy that was going to help them become part of the 5% that succeeds. That has not changed! Fundamentally, the DNA of who I am and the DNA of our organization is the same. We're just doing it in different ways. There are so many valuable innovations out there. What's really important at the end of the day? To create innovations that ✅ improve the quality of life ✅ extends life, ✅ and save lives. AFTER COVID I still believe that having a good product is not the same as having a good market strategy. It’s not just the technology itself. It has to be peppered with a viable and profitable market strategy, Now more than ever I’m passionate and really excited about... helping health innovators unlock their right pivot strategy, helping innovators take advantage of the #opportunities to transform care and change the world. This is informative. Thanks, Dr Roxie Mooney, DBA
I think this is spot on. Adapting, pivoting etc, does not mean alter who you are or your passions. Just adjust how you are going to achieve them today. Dr Roxie Mooney, DBA
