⏳ 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 ⏳ What strategic consideration are you using to commercialize your innovation? Seems like a straightforward question, but it’s not always a straightforward answer. Throw in a global crisis and things can definitely get complicated but have no fear 💪 The commercialization concept is alive and well - even during a pandemic.🤩 What changes are the strategies we utilize, and the timing we employ. Prior to COVID, timing was a question about whether an innovator should be 1. First to market 2. A fast follower to market or 3. A late entrant to market followed by a discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of each But if you’re doing something innovative - offering a solution that’s relevant to the current market the timing is definitely right now. ⏲️ As long as the innovator understands the strategy behind going to market quickly They can more easily navigate around the inevitable challenges 🧭 and find a clear path to opportunity. 🚀 Have you launched an innovation during a crisis (current or in the past)? We’d really like to hear your experiences and get your thoughts down below! ⤵ #digitalhealth #healthcare #commercialization #innovation
