I’ve never met an entrepreneur who hasn’t felt like they’re in a rut at some point or another. But did you know that this is so common, it’s actually a well-documented phenomenon? So much so that researchers dubbed it the “Trough of Sorrow.” While the name sounds rather doomy and gloomy, the feeling is universal. I’ve been there! And if you’re there now, there’s nothing shameful or unusual about it. What you’re doing is important — and just in case knowing that you’re not alone in your challenges keeps you going so you can change the world, then I’ll consider my job done today. Happy innovating!
