🌡 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗼𝘁, 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺, 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱? 🌡 Dealing with a global pandemic has no cookie-cutter responses. Strategies need to be analyzed, scenarios discussed & options weighed. And when it comes to pivoting with the economic climate it doesn’t always have to be a big change - #micropivots can pack a huge punch! 💡 🔨 Reframing & retooling a solution to meet new priorities can help you survive & thrive 🔨 and relationships can be utilized to clear pathways to success. All it takes is the right business relationship ‘temperature’: 📍 Hot relationships - might reach out and ask “Can you do this?” 📍 Warm relationships - could be open to retooled solutions 📍 Cold relationships - might need time to regroup and are less open to proposals So review your innovation. Decide if a pivot is needed and doable. And develop a strategy to approach those hot and warm relationships! 4yGreat points, Doc. Connections are good, but relationships are where the rubber hits the road. LinkedIn connections are good, but "relevant" LinkedIn connections are what turns good conversations into great results. When you're looking for business (btw, always be looking for business), the relevance is what makes all the difference.
