When we think of innovators — or any #startup — we think of hard work and perseverance Both critical ingredients to gain momentum - but do they guarantee success? ⛔ The easy answer is: 𝗡𝗼. There are very real challenges that health innovators will face and need to overcome Here are three common challenges experienced during the innovation process that every innovator should prepare for: ☠️ 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 - aka “Where’s all my money?” Consider crowdfunding, releasing MVPs, or reducing overhead. ✈️ 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 - aka “Death by Pilot.” Carefully consider every change you make to your product and network, network, network! 😞 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 - aka “Founder’s Blues.” Remember WHY you started this venture in the first place. Stay focused on that! Sounds like a big dose of doom and gloom but innovators come from sturdy stock. 🍭 They don’t need sugar coating - they need to succeed. 🍭 And the best way to weather any challenge is to: 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 & 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 So you don’t get derailed to begin with What challenges have you encountered during the #innovation phase and what steps did you take to circumvent them?
