🌟 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 𝗔 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 & 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 🌟 This September has been one crazy ride full of learning, growth, and new experiences. 🚀 One of those months that really pushed me beyond my limits, but gave me so much clarity in return. From handling different client needs to taking on every challenge with full force, here's a little glimpse into my journey! 🎢 It all started with collaborating on a full day event for more than 500 newly hired employees at a multinational IT company and it was an incredible experience! 🎥 I went on to record a YouTube video for an EdTech company, entering the digital world with fresh new energy. 🏞️ Mid month, I had the pleasure of conducting an amazing team bonding session at a 5 star resort, where I witnessed teams forming stronger connections. 💼 After completing two months of intense backend L&D work for a global Indian brand, I’ve now shifted gears to lead business communication sessions for a software company. It's been an exciting transition, and I'll be working closely with them over the next three months. ✨ Regular sessions with retainer clients kept me grounded, and the cherry on top was when one of my former communication coaching clients restarted his sessions after a break! 🙏 I would like to thank God and my parents for their constant blessings, which continue to guide and strengthen me throughout this amazing journey. This month has been a wonderful rollercoaster ride – full of efforts, challenges, and finally, understanding the unique needs of each client. I’m thankful for the lessons learned and the opportunities to serve. 💪🔑 #CoachingJourney #SeptemberGrowth #ClientSuccess #TeamBuilding #BusinessCommunication #EdTechExperience #Gratitude #Leadership #Communication #WorkplaceSkills #ProfessionalDevelopment #CorporateTraining #TeamBuilding

Reflecting on Growth and Gratitude Today, I took a step back to reflect on the journey that brought me here. 🚀 Whether it’s embracing new challenges, celebrating small wins, or learning from setbacks, each experience has helped me grow in ways I never anticipated. I’m grateful for the mentors, colleagues, and even the tough moments that have taught me invaluable lessons along the way. 💡 Here are three things I’ve learned: 1. Embrace the Uncomfortable: Growth happens outside the comfort zone. The most rewarding moments often start with a leap of faith. 2. Value Relationships: Success is a team effort. Surround yourself with people who inspire, challenge, and uplift you. 3. Stay Curious: The world is evolving fast. Keep learning, ask questions, and never lose your sense of wonder. Here’s to more growth, more learning, and building a community of like-minded professionals who are committed to making a difference. What are some lessons you’ve learned on your journey? Let’s connect and share our stories! #GrowthMindset #Gratitude #LinkedInCommunity #ProfessionalDevelopment

#Friday feel good I can’t believe it’s the end of the week again. Normally I’d be saying what’s your wins this week? Instead I want you think about this. Celebrating your successes isn't just about acknowledging achievements; it's about fostering a mindset of growth and confidence. How have you progressed this week? Whether that’s tasks or getting feedback. You’ve grown and acknowledging this will help shift your mindset. If something may have gone wrong – learn from, it. Failure is only feedback for us to try again. We are still developing knowledge and skills. Who has supported you – who do you need to support you next week? Think ahead and ask. Encouragement and feedback are invaluable to build self-confidence and perspective. #ConfidenceBuilding #PersonalDevelopment #CelebrateWins #GrowthMindset #ProfessionalSuccess

#Realize #Appreciate #Reframe #Succeed. In today's world, we often measure success by power and wealth. But true fulfillment comes from gratitude. Gratitude rewires our minds to see abundance in every moment, turning everyday experiences into treasures. Think about our own industry, It’s easy to get caught up in client wins and campaign metrics. But the real magic happens when we appreciate the journey—the brainstorming sessions, the late-night edits, and the team collaborations. Recognizing these moments fosters a positive environment, strengthens relationships, and fuels genuine success. True power isn't just in achievements or money; it's in finding joy in the simple moments and uplifting those around us. Let's redefine success by practicing gratitude daily, appreciating the little things, and transforming our mindset from scarcity to abundance. #Gratitude #Success #Mindset #PR #Communications #Leadership #PersonalGrowth #Wellbeing #CorporateCommunications #Client #Attitude #Wayforward #WorkingTogether #LearnTogether #WinTogether #FailTogether #TransformTogether

🌟 #Recognizing the #contributions of others is #crucial for #success! 🌟 It's disheartening when #achievements are celebrated without #acknowledging the invaluable efforts of those who contributed. Let's remember, success is rarely a solo journey. It's built on the foundation of collaboration, dedication, and support from a #team. #Appreciation isn't just a nice gesture; it's an essential part of fostering a positive and productive work environment. By expressing gratitude, we not only uplift others but also strengthen relationships, boost morale, and inspire greater teamwork. So, how can we show appreciation effectively? 1. Acknowledge Contributions Publicly: Shine a spotlight on the hard work and dedication of your team members. Whether it's a simple thank you during a meeting or a shoutout on social media, recognition goes a long way. 2. Personalized Thanks: Take the time to express your gratitude in a personal and sincere manner. A handwritten note or a one-on-one conversation can make someone's day and reinforce their value to the team. 3. Celebrate Wins Together: Success is sweeter when shared. Celebrate achievements as a team, emphasizing the collective effort that made it possible. 4. Feedback and Growth: Constructive feedback is another form of appreciation. It shows that you value someone's contributions enough to help them grow and develop professionally. Remember, appreciation isn't a one-time event—it should be woven into the fabric of your organization's culture. Let's cultivate a culture of gratitude and recognition, where every contribution, no matter how small, is celebrated and valued. Together, we can achieve even greater heights! I really appreciate contribution made from all LinkedIn colleagues who made my name to shine all over the world through this platform Thank you so much Shukuru Amos Anthony Charles Youssef Almustafa ADRA International James Bisheko Byaruhanga Godfred T. Eyong Gagan V. Samwel Magina etc. Your connection have been valuable to me #Appreciation #Teamwork #Success

I've been reflecting deeply on my purpose—why I do what I do, where I'm headed, and how it connects to the bigger picture. Pair that search with the spirit of gratitude, and here's what I'm left with: ✨Gratitude is more than a holiday tradition—it's a mindset that shapes how I live, lead, and work. This year, I've felt more grounded in my purpose than ever. I'm asking myself, "What's my ideal in five years? In ten?" Finding purpose is my way of answering those questions and charting my path forward. And it all comes back to these three things: 👉 My family: They're my whole world. If you didn't know, now you do. Moving back to Utah to be closer to family was one of the best decisions we've ever made. My two little firecrackers (aka my kids) and my partner-in-crime husband remind me daily of my "why"—why I strive to improve, feel inspired, and find joy in both the chaos and the calm. 👉 My incredible team: Being a people manager is a massive responsibility and a bigger privilege. It's not about checking off tasks—it's about cultivating people, culture, and potential. I get to shape careers, build confidence, and create impact through our work together. Team, you're the real MVPs—thank you for trusting me and making this role so fulfilling. 👉 The work itself: For over 20 years, I've had the privilege of coaching, teaching, and creating learning content. Through every role I've held, the search for purpose has been the common thread—and I still wake up excited about the chance to make a difference, to spark change for someone, somewhere. That's a purpose I hold close to my heart. 💡Gratitude, for me, isn't just about saying "thank you." It's about being intentional—showing up with purpose, making choices that align with my values, and appreciating the people and moments that make it all meaningful. What's one person or moment you're especially thankful for this year? #Gratitude #Leadership #Learning #Thanksgiving #PositiveLeadership

Last week, I found myself in a familiar, yet challenging situation: a tight lifeline for a small but critical project. The kind of project where every detail matters, and there’s little room for error. As the clock ticked closer to the lifeline, I knew I was running out of time. So, in a moment of determination (and maybe a little desperation), I told my line manager, "Don’t worry, I’ll work on this over the weekend to make sure it’s done." His response caught me off guard. He said, "I appreciate your dedication, but I’m not encouraging you to work over the weekend. Weekends are for rest, for spending time with family and friends. Try to deliver within the timeline, but don’t sacrifice your time for it." At first, I didn’t know how to respond. Isn’t this what we’re supposed to do sometimes? Push harder, make sacrifices, and go the extra mile. But his words lingered in my mind. That weekend, I took a step back instead of burying myself in work. I spent time with my family and caught up on sleep. By Monday, I returned to the project with fresh energy and a clear mind. And you know what? I delivered the project on time, without compromising my well-being. This experience taught me a powerful lesson: overworking isn’t always the answer. Sometimes, the best way to solve a problem is to recharge, gain perspective, and tackle it with renewed focus. Thank you to leaders who remind us that work is important but not everything. And to anyone reading this, remember—it’s okay to rest. You’ll do your best work when you’re at your best. What’s your take? Have you ever felt the pressure to sacrifice personal time for work? How did you handle it? Let’s discuss it! #Happyweekend #weekendishere #weekend #softwareengineer #tech #product #entreprenuer #ceo #leaders #managers

Ever thought about how much a simple “thank you” can change the game? I didn’t either—until I realised how gratitude continues to shape my professional (and personal journey) in ways I never expected. Here’s the thing: It’s easy to get caught up in the grind and forget to acknowledge the people who’ve been in your corner. But when you pause to thank a mentor for their guidance or a teammate for going the extra mile, it’s like saying, “Hey, I see you, and I value what you bring to the table.” Trust me, it makes a difference. When the going gets tough, showing appreciation when things aren’t going smoothly is next-level growth. Those stressful projects and missed targets? They’re lessons in disguise. Gratitude lets you look back and think, “Yes, I grew because of that.” Let’s talk leadership: the best leaders I’ve worked with didn’t just acknowledge success—they celebrated it. A quick shoutout, a kind word to their team — it’s amazing how far these gestures go in building loyalty and motivation. Last week, a client sent us an email that left my team and I speechless. They took the time to write about how our services had transformed their business, calling out specific examples of how we’d made an impact. It wasn’t just a feel-good moment; it was a reminder of why we do what we do. My team was glowing for the rest of the week, and honestly, so was I. That email also reminded me how simple acts of gratitude—whether from a client, a colleague, or a manager—can ripple outward. It’s contagious. When you feel appreciated, you’re inspired to keep showing up, to give more, and to share that positivity with others. If there’s one takeaway here, it’s this: Gratitude is a two-way street. Whether you’re giving it or receiving it, it has the power to transform not just moments, but entire mindsets. So, here at BAA we how have gratitude Fridays where we take a moment to look back on the week and thank someone who’s made a difference in your professional journey. Drop a quick note, give them a shoutout, or send them an email. Gratitude is indeed a great multiplier... #GratitudeDay #GratitudeMatters #LeadershipTips #GrowthMindset
