I have been learning and honing my skills of creating video content...did I mention I can't stand video? Ever since I was a little girl I hated being video taped, listening to my own voice...🤢 Now, add in learning new software on both laptop and mobile device AND having to regroup every time the algorithms change...I am feeling😵💫🤣 But, here I am, continuing to try...not give up. Keep learning, evolving, etc. I now know why creating a great video is expensive and appreciate those who are experts at it. 😍 If you have feedback, I am all ears.

Do you believe in participation trophies? While I understand the arguments that participation ribbons and trophies provide a sense of accomplishment and motivation, I feel giving a trophy simply for participating undermine the value of competition and hard work. I mean, doesn’t a trophy merely for participating (aka minimal effort) essentially foster a sense of entitlement?
