🌍 Reflecting on #SCEWC24: A Call for Resilient Cities 🌍 RSS-Hydro had the incredible opportunity to attend the Smart City Expo World Congress 2024 in #Barcelona, where over 25,000 attendees from 130 countries gathered to discuss the future of urban innovation. This year’s theme, “Live Better,” resonated deeply as we explored solutions to make our cities safer and more resilient. ‼️One of the most pressing topics was the need for cities to protect people and assets from natural hazards. With climate change intensifying the frequency and severity of events like floods, wildfires, and droughts, urban resilience has never been more critical 🌊 As we move forward, it’s essential for cities to adopt effective solutions to safeguard our communities and infrastructure. 🫂Let’s continue to collaborate, innovate, and invest together in resilient urban planning to ensure a secure future for all. #UrbanResilience #SmartCities #ClimateChange #Innovation #DigitalTwin Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce Luxinnovation GIE LuXembourg - Let's Make It Happen Patricia Fernández Ferrero Paolo Tamagnone, PhD
