Haucore new product: 640nm-2W high-power high-reliability laser chip 【Application】laser projection, laser display, VR/AR display technology 【Features】After testing, the chip CW mode output power exceeds 3.5W, and the maximum conversion efficiency reaches 42.2%; the working efficiency remains stable in a high temperature environment of 25℃ to 50℃. The laser module packaged with this 640nm-2W high-power laser chip has an output power of 28.07W when the injection current is 2.25A. The WPE performance of the laser module is stable at various test temperatures, fully demonstrating the excellent reliability of the chip at different ambient temperatures.
