To build a strong team, you must see someone else's strength as a complement to your weakness and not a threat to your position or authority.

Build a strong team first. That team will then create a great strategy. Here's why the team is the key: - It has the skills and knowledge to make a good plan. - It can work together effectively to turn the plan into action. - The team members are motivated to achieve the goals.

Trust is the single biggest differentiator in approaching scale. Trust that team can do it, together Trust that team members will do it, individually Trust that y'all are right people to do it this post is not about just people/team.
