Your ROI calculation isn't just X in Y out (at any given moment) ESPECIALLY in high-ticket professional services. You need to: →Build reliable projections →Sensitize, always sensitize →Build consensus with leadership →Think holistically about in and out →Consider annualized ROI and CLTV Don't "buy high and sell low" with your marketing investments.
