The Seed, Dundee: a sustainable home designed to blend in with its woodland surroundings, featuring Scotlarch® cladding which has been factory coated with SiOO:X Original. This project, a home for two people, incorporates a plan for deconstruction and reuse at the end of its life - with sustainability being a key element, our Scotlarch® timber cladding was carefully specified by Kirsty Maguire. The SiOO:X Original coating is a natural, environmentally friendly coating which gives the project a uniform and consistent weathered appearance, reducing the wait time for natural weathering and eliminates the risk of differential weathering.
