Every morning you will wake up without realising that the sun has risen. You will brush your teeth without getting the taste of your toothpaste. You will bath from the cold water without realizing that it's rain outside. You will use your soap without smelling its scent. You will repeat to wear few dresses without realising you have many others freshly kept. You will look at mirror not to see yourself but just to see your hair. You will have your breakfast without realizing what you have eaten. Your body will keep working but your soul will be left paralysed. You will stop to notice people around you. They will feel like just other moving objects. You will ignore them. You will be questioned by many “Hey! What's up? Why are you looking so low and dull?” And then your brain takes the control and chooses the flight mode to answer that “Everything's fine.” But deep down there's one little thing clinging that soul to your body -Hope which let you sail through this phase of your life. You will know that you have remained strong until now and you will stay strong. You will overcome this feeling by yourself. Just stay strong. You will begin to read and write. You will speak to yourself. You will start meditating and then you will realise that this depression has helped you to meet the real you. You will fight every single day until... That toothpastes gets a flavour, that soap begins to smell good , those fresh dresss catch up your eyes and breakfast tatses yummy. #worldmentalhealthday #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #depression #selfcare #mentalhealthmatters #anxiety #mentalhealthsupport #wellbeing #mindfulness #healing #mentalhealthadvocate #mentalwellness #hope #strength #resilience #mentalhealthrecovery #mentalhealthresources #breakthestigma #mentalhealthjourney #selflove #positivity #mentalhealthchallenges #emotionalwellbeing #mentalhealthwarrior #mentalhealthhelp #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #mentalhealthstigma #mentalhealthday #mentalhealthservices #mentalhealthstruggles

// Each element is associated with certain emotional states. Our thought processes, emotional wellbeing, and consciousness are attributed to heart and fire element. When fire element is in balance, heart is strong and healthy, mind is calm, and sleep is sound. When fire element is imbalanced, we may either lack joy (depression) or have an excess of joy (mania). Indicators of an imbalance in fire element include agitation, nervousness, heartburn, and insomnia. #elements #emotional #heart #health #joy #depression #heat

Worry, like anger, makes us feel as if we are doing something proactive, but instead, we are weakening and harming ourselves if we let these emotions control us. When we worry, we make ourselves more anxious, more stressed, more lethargic, and more depressed. At the same time, we also expose our bodies to increased risks of high blood pressure, heart failure, upset stomachs, nausea, headaches, facial worry lines, signs of aging, and ulcers. Doesn't sound like much fun, right? If we stop and count the cost of worry, we recognize it's high-priced as we are paying it to steal our time, thoughts, health, and happiness. Worry is just too pricey and it is not worth the cost! Instead, put that same energy and effort into changing your way of thinking. There are some fairly basic, practical, and simple steps we can take. The good news is that by taking these steps, as a result, we strengthen our mental health and our physical health as well! Other good news is that we can train ourselves and our brains to control many destructive emotions so we benefit from those changes quickly. We can consciously choose to live a happier life as we begin to take these steps. We can choose to consciously move away from a worry-focused mentality into a positive one that will renew us and can last us a lifetime! Become proactive, rather than reactive, about your thinking and health. Every time you go through a stressful situation or trauma, your body holds a record of it. 🧠💔 You can test it out yourself. Whenever you feel happy, there is a sense of relaxation. 😌 Your muscles are way more relaxed and you're at ease. You can feel it in your body, but when you're angry or stressed or worried, that might be a sense of constriction. 😡😟 While it might feel like it is passing, it tends to linger and there is a record of it. In my own life, I've noticed I tend to have back pains whenever I'm stressed out about something. Even though I might be exercising regularly and maintaining a good posture, it still tends to crop up. 🏋️♂️🧘♀️ And sometimes I don't even notice on the conscious level if there is an issue. But once the pain comes, that's when I become aware, oh, I need to take care of this. So whenever you're having some kind of chronic illness or a physical ailment, definitely do consult your doctor. 🩺 But if despite all your efforts, it's not going away, then seek the help of a therapist or a counselor to understand what's going on beneath the surface of your mind and make peace with it. 🧘♂️💬 #burnout #stress #anxiety #worklifebalance #burnoutcoach
