💪 Practice, practice, practice...we talkin' about PRACTICE. I'm very proud to share our new AI Role Play gym at Monark (released last week) enables you to do just that - practice. How many times as a leader have you actually had the chance to practice a difficult conversation or performance review before the real thing? In a huge leap forward in our AI capabilities, Monark leaders now have the ability to apply the knowledge they’ve gained within our AI Role Play practice gym, exploring the different methods they have learned, interacting in real-time with our trained AI (live call or chat), and receiving real-time insights back on their performance.
