It was great to sit down with Jay Williams to discuss the interplay between business, sport, and leadership at the Wealth Management EDGE conference sponsored by #InvescoQQQ. One big discussion point? What it takes to evolve quickly in complex environments. As a former student-athlete, I've learned that hard work and perseverance can help you better adapt to ever-changing environments. By always rethinking what's possible, I discovered the power of resilience, adaptability, and teamwork. Whether injuries or losing streaks in sports or challenging markets and new products & competitors, the mindset instilled in me from athletics has been one of the key variables between success and failure in my career. When I joined Invesco in 2019, the investing landscape, my team, and my role and responsibilities looked different than they do today. Over the past five years, we’ve seen multiple market cycles and changing market dynamics. By embracing that change and focusing our work towards our long-term goals, we have been able to grow our team, AUM in our ETF lineup, and launch unique new products. A special thank you to Jay for taking the time talk openly about his own leadership experiences and lessons learned throughout his career. #WMEDGE Before investing carefully read and consider fund investment objectives, risks, charges, expenses and more in prospectus at invesco.com.
Can’t tell you how much I enjoyed this conversation - thank you again for bringing your talents and insights to the EDGE stage!

8moNice recap. It's a superpower to be constantly "rethinking what's possible." Requires a growth mindset that (IMO) youth sports helps instill in kids.
