I get at least one of those weekly. Best way to network: 1. First give, then ask. Comment, like, repost, suggest, connect and then - ask politely for referral. 2. Manage your expecations. Don't expect everyone to reply, cold messages rarely have a good respond rate.

I've found that a rapid-fire slew of nonsensical messages in all caps sends scam accounts like this running straight to scam therapy.
