We are excited to announce the quick close of a $3.5m cash-out loan crossed on multiple properties in Sonoma for one of our best clients. This loan was structured to fund $2.5m cash out at close with another $1m available to draw as needed. Since there is no construction ongoing on the collateral itself, there are no inspections or typical draw conditions, and the borrower only pays interest on the outstanding balance extended.
