Luxembourg boasts the largest fund centre in Europe with €5.2 trillion in assets under management. As a result, the nation has become a hub for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), enabling investment in assets beyond traditional categories to achieve a swift and cost-effective pathway to accessing European capital. To ensure the professional and regulated management of an AIF, Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs) oversee a number of key responsibilities, working towards the ultimate goal of delivering value to investors.
