I wanna talk about a specific market gap today – one that’s been widening faster than anyone expected ➡ Finding cybersecurity talent. If you’ve ever tried filling a cybersecurity role, you know exactly what I mean. The demand is overwhelming – in the U.S. alone, we’re looking at 469,930 job postings for cybersecurity roles, and the talent to meet it? Just isn’t there! Globally, the gap is even more staggering, with an estimated shortage of 4 million skilled professionals. And if we don’t address this soon? That number is expected to skyrocket by 2030. Now, why is this happening? Mostly because cyber threats are evolving at an unprecedented pace. One that's way too fast to educate, train, and onboard enough skilled professionals in time.
