Women in energy in the SADC region - this is for you! We just launched our new project ENERGISING WOMEN TO ADVANCE THE ENERGY TRANSITION IN THE SADC REGION today with 4 components: 1. Mentorship Programme for women in energy from the SADC region (call for applications for mentees and mentors open NOW until 19th January (see links below)) Applicants from all 16 SADC member states are welcome, secure your space today by sending in your application! 2. Capacity-building Programme for female entrepreneurs 3. Development of scoping study for a new SADC programme aimed at empowering women energy entrepreneurs in rural areas 4. 🚨The Energising Women to Advance the Energy Transition in SADC Region Mentorship Programme is now open for application!🚨   This initiative is dedicated to empowering women energy professionals from the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region! The 12-month programme aims to empower women in junior to mid-level management roles, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and networks needed to advance their careers in the energy transition.
