A true woman leads with strength and grace, choosing purpose over drama. She earns the title of a true woman through resilience, facing challenges that others might shy away from. This Women's Day, we honor those who rise above, turning trials into triumphs. Happy women's day to all the "True Women" out there!

In order to drive #positivechange, it's OK to be considered 'difficult' by those who prefer the status quo. #inclusiveleadership #resilientcities #sustainablefuture #NatureAndPeoplePositive #diversityequityandinclusion
Jane Goodall - a pioneer of her time and most likely coined a 'difficult woman' because of her strength, resilience, confidence and accolades, some of which made her 'the woman who redefined man'. Here's to difficult women! 🙌🏼 #YesSheCan

JUROR #2 Movie. THE MOVIE IS ENTERTAINING FOR WHAT MOVIES ARE FOR BUT JUDICIALLY THE MOVIE DEMEANS THE PRESENT USA LEGAL SYSTEM. PORTRAYING THAT THE JUDICIARY SYSTEM & DUE PROCESS OF THE LAW & EXPENSE & TRUST IN THE JUDICIARY LEGAL SYSTEM WITHIN IT'S CAUCUS THE D.A & STAFF & THE PEOPLE ARE FAR BEYOND UNDERSTANDING OF ANY SITUATION. TO THAT YOU MAY SAY "IF NOT SO TOO MANY WILL USE IT AS AN ADVANTAGE IN OTHER CASES CIRCUMSTANCES OR SITUATIONS." AND I SAY BUT "WHEN ARE WE THE PEOPLE EVER NOT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ALREADY CONTEMPORARY LEGAL SYSTEM.?" THEREFORE THE BALANCE JUDICIARY EXPENSE & TRUST IS NOTHING MORE THAN IN "GOD WE TRUST." THUS THE DEMEANING IS NOT TRULY THE JUDICIARY CAUCUS OR LEGAL SYSTEM. THE TRUE DEMEANING IS THE COURSE OF THE TRIAL & HIGH/LOWS OF EMOTIONS & THE PEOPLE ATTENDING THE COURT ROOM CASE. SPECIFICALLY FRANKLY THE VICTIM & THE ACCUSED & THE TRUE CULPRIT & BOTH SIDES OF THE FAMILY. THENCE AND I DARE SAY... AN INJUSTICE FOR THE PEOPLE TO OF HAD TO ATTEND JURY DUTY.

Women celebrating women is going to change the narrative for all of us. We must celebrate women of every age, every color, every race, every economic status, every education level, every contribution level. Those who are leading, those who are starting out, those who are stuggling, those who we know and those who we don't know. There is strength in numbers. There is compassion in numbers. There is empathy in numbers. There is kindess in numbers. There is love in numbers. [✨ Lets get inspired: Episode 4] Do you know the story behind the first female mayor in the US? Continuing the series, here’s a remarkable story of a women who, at the centre of a sexist joke, stood up to pessimists to actually advance women’s rights. Susanna Madora Salter attracted national attention in the US in the late 1880s, as the world’s first female mayor to be elected, but there’s a story behind how exactly… 🗳 What started as a group of men in Argonia, Kansas entering her name in the ballot as a joke, fortunately backfired when Salter ended up receiving 60 % of the votes! She then served a successful term as mayor and is remembered as a pioneer for women in politics. From a stunt, orginally aiming to embarrass women, into a significant moment in women’s history, her actions were a real stepping stone in proving the capabilities of women. Taking place a whole 32 years before the suffragette movement began, we can take great inspiration from her fearlessness and opposition in a time where there was very little. So now, nearly a century and a half later, we must continue to push boundaries and break such stereotypes that still linger today. ⚒ #Leadership #WomensHistory #DiversityAndInclusion #GenderEquality #WorkplaceEquality

Watch out for the women who focus on flaws in other women who are winning. It’s easy to tear others down, but it takes real strength to lift them up. Surround yourself with women who celebrate your victories, not those who try to find faults. I don’t have time for negativity — find women who are smart enough to want to see you shine ✨ And remember, these are the women who know we need men on our side too. Let’s build each other up, together. #WomenSupportingWomen #CelebrateWins #StrongerTogether

How to understand Women — it is the wrong question. You should never try to understand women, the most you can wish for is to understand your woman. Meaning: ask your and only your woman how she wants to be loved and do that. Don’t take advise from mom, sisters, female friends and definitely don’t do the same as you did with your ex. Forget everything you knew or thought you knew about women and with baby eyes look at your woman and ask her to teach you how to love her.
