My life takes a pause every year during this time… Why? Because it's Navratri !!! It’s that time of year when I set aside everything, stop worrying about work, and take a break to spend quality time with my family and kids. This is the golden rule of my life. No matter where I am in the world or which project I’m working on, this time always reminds me to focus on what truly matters — family and culture. As a Gujrati, Navratri holds immense importance for us. It’s not just about the celebrations or the vibrant Garba nights (though they are fantastic!). It's about coming together with loved ones, feeling the energy of our traditions, and reconnecting with our roots. As a kid, I used to see how our entire family gathered during this time and enjoyed it together. Those memories are priceless to me. So, I’m not someone who will advise you to think about money and investments all the time. Instead, I’d suggest you take a break, enjoy life, and cherish what truly matters. Because that's how I live my life. Work can wait, but moments with family and these celebrations? They are irreplaceable. P.S. How do you celebrate Dussehra in your culture? I’d love to hear your stories in my DM. #navratri #family #worklifebalance #personalstories Let’s connect and celebrate our cultures together. Follow Rahul Patel for more such content. ✅
