LALA companies hatao NIFT placements bachao Now, What are LALA companies? These are companies that run on Family connections. Talent and Innovation take a backseat to outdated practices. What do they do? 1. They will tell you to spend time on projects But will never implement it, In a nutshell, just waste your time Be it during an internship/job 2. They do not understand TALENT For them, their CHACHU is a good fit for higher management 3. They do not understand growth 4. They are someone who offered 4LPA in 2017 for a Merchandiser role And in 2024, they are still offering 4LPA 5. They are so smart that they do not understand basic inflation That 100 Rs in 2017 is not 100 Rs in 2024 Colleges need to realize, the choice of companies is one very important metric. And, should be done keeping in mind the profiles students want. Not what the company comes with. I believe, At least 4 months before placements If there are 300 students on a campus The college should speak 1:1 with students to understand what each 300 of them wants And start finding the perfect match for it.
