Marketing Management, Communications, or related fields preferred - 1 year of experience in social media management especially active on X - Critical thinking skill with basic understanding of social media - Able to analyze current social media trends and how to link it for the brand adjective - In-depth knowledge and experience with major Social Media Platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok - Strong writing and simple video editing skills are crucial for crafting creative social media content, including posts, captions, and advertisements - Willingness to quickly learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced & high demanding environment - Willing to be placed in East Jakarta Job Description: Content Creation: - Develop and create content plan for Instagram, X and Tiktok that aligns with the company brands voice and messaging - Develop and create engaging and visually appealing content including text posts, images, videos, and live streams. - Overseeing content plan execution of Tiktok account - Stay up to date on the latest social media trend and best practice Community Management - Respond to comments, questions and messages in a timely and professional manner - Monitor mentions and conversion about the company on Instagram, Twitter and TIktok - Engaged with followers and build relationship with key influencer - Participate in relevant online community and discussion Analytic & Reporting - Track Key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, followers, inquiries and traffic in weekly and monthly basis - Analyze data to identify trend and measure the effectiveness of social media campaign Send your cv to: recruitment@onixfragrance.com subject: Name_Domicile_Position Thank you!
