Here in the Premium Dakota Beef test kitchen, we tested a corned beef recipe. The coloration of the meat was beautiful. The texture and juiciness of the meat provides an unbelievable harmony in your mouth. This recipe scored a 10 out of 10 in our kitchen. I'm sharing a video of cutting hawthorn jelly candy with our inline cutting machine. Hawthorn jelly is a delightful treat made by blending pureed Hawthorne fruit with sugar. This unique candy has a perfect blend of sour and sweet flavors. It can be prepared in various forms such as jelly candy, fruit leather, or used as a flavorful addition to other dishes. Hawthorn candy is typically soft and sticky, making it a challenge to cut it. However, in a video demonstration, an ultrasonic cutting machine is used to cut the candy perfectly.
