This struggle for freedom was a step towards reclaiming our rights, overcoming disrespect, and embracing the principle of 'live and let live' 🤝. Seventy-eight years have passed since we gained this independence, yet a question remains: Have we truly made the most of our freedom? 🤨 Externally, we may have won the battle. 𝕊𝕦𝕣𝕡𝕣𝕚𝕤𝕖! 𝕊𝕦𝕣𝕡𝕣𝕚𝕤𝕖! While looking through my coin collection, I came across an Indian One Rupee coin. To my surprised, I noticed a hand with the thumbs up sign on it! Usually regarded as a rude gesture in India. 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗩𝗘 So I asked around and researched to find two very different reasons: 1️⃣. that it is meant for visually challenged people to know it is a 1 Rupee coin, because there is also a 2 Rupee coin of the same size also with a hand with two fingers, the index and middle finger point up, depicting that the value of the coin is 2 Rupees. 2️⃣. Not all people in India can read and write, so the finger on the coin allows them to see the value of the coin. Shri Narendra Modi Ji, It would be greatly beneficial to address the need for improved employment and job security for private sector employees in India. Many individuals in the private sector face challenges, including issues with job stability and protection from unfair practices. For instance, a private sector employee was reportedly cheated out of ₹56 lakhs by a reputed south indian traditional 100 year company from Tamilnadu in year 2018 by just sending employee out after extracting 28 years of work from 21 years ( spoiling their career by recruiting 10+2 , HSC candidates , without going college they all joined company), with no recourse due to limited labor law protections. As a result, his family, including dependent daughters, Sisters are suffering. Unfortunately, without sufficient funds, it is difficult for employees to fight such injustices. Refer my featured posts in my profile. Total employee cheating Rs.1120 lakhs, due to Corona stopped further sending out. Employee who are not working extra hours without pay are terminated saying some reasons. Not giving payslip, harrasment, giving work on Saturday & Sunday. Getting on average of 12 hours work for 8 hours. No Earned leave encashment it is also cheated. Currently, private companies have the discretion to hire and fire employees at will, which often places workers in a vulnerable position. This stands in contrast to the protections and privileges extended to government employees. I humbly urge you to consider this issue and explore possible reforms to ensure fair treatment and security for private sector employees and get back cheated amount ₹56 lakhs from reputed south Indian Tamilnadu employer. employer.
