🦃 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀 🍂 When I think about Thanksgiving, I picture a table filled with laughter, mismatched dishes, and the people I’m grateful to share my life with. But I also feel a tension. The version of Thanksgiving we’ve been told? It’s not the full story. History is often rewritten by those in power, and unless you’re Indigenous, none of us can truly call ourselves native to this land. But what I do love about Thanksgiving is what it can represent: a moment to pause. A chance to look around and appreciate what’s here—the people who matter, the little things we often overlook, and yes, maybe even the pie. Unlike other holidays, Thanksgiving isn’t tangled up in commercialism or big traditions. It’s simple. And it reminds me that gratitude isn’t just for one day. What if we made it part of our everyday? What if we chose to see the good, even in the mess? This year, I’m focusing on that. Gratitude for the people in my life, the lessons I’ve learned, and the space to reflect on what matters most. --- So here’s my question for you: 👉 What’s one moment or person you’re especially grateful for this year? Let’s make gratitude something we share—today and every day. #Thanksgiving #Gratitude

Gratitude on Thanksgiving Day Thanksgiving is more than a holiday—it’s a reminder of the power of gratitude. In our fast-paced lives, it’s easy to focus on what’s missing or what’s next. But today, let’s pause to appreciate what we already have and the people and experiences that shape our journey. I’m especially grateful for: Our Workplaces: For the opportunities, challenges, and sense of purpose they provide. Our Leaders: For their vision, guidance, and ability to inspire us to do better. Our Families and Friends: For their love, unwavering support, and the joy they bring into our lives. Life Itself: For the lessons, even in struggles, and the beauty of everyday moments we sometimes overlook. Gratitude shifts our perspective. It helps us find strength in challenges, joy in small victories, and connection in relationships. On this Thanksgiving, let’s reflect not only on the big milestones but also on the quiet, everyday blessings that often go unnoticed. As we gather with loved ones or reflect in solitude, let’s carry this spirit of gratitude into every day that follows. What are you most thankful for today? I’d love to hear your reflections—let’s inspire one another to live with intention, appreciation, and purpose. Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy Thanksgiving! #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #Appreciation #Reflection #Mindset

Happy Thanksgiving! Gratitude is like a reset button for our thoughts, encouraging us to focus on what’s going right. I often say, the good moments can slide off like Teflon, and holding onto the good takes intention and effort. That’s where gratitude comes in—it’s the glue that helps us stick to a positive and healthy outlook. Maybe today you’re grateful for your family, friends, or coworkers. Or perhaps it’s something simpler: the warmth of the sun on your face, a kind word from a stranger, or even just a peaceful moment with your favorite cup of coffee. Gratitude doesn’t always need a big stage or grand celebration. It’s found in the small, quiet joys that make each day brighter. So, as we step into Thanksgiving week, let’s take a moment to celebrate those everyday blessings and carry that mindset into the days ahead. What’s one small thing you’re grateful for today?
