We are thrilled to present our co-designed collection "Mesh," created in collaboration with Ana Kraš and Ruben Moreira's new design and art brand, TEGET. This partnership brings together the creative visions of long-term friends of the house, resulting in an unconventional collection. The "Mesh" collection features six exquisite pieces made from a see-through mesh fabric, designed to be worn as everyday summer outfits. The name "TEGET" means navy in Serbian, Ana Kraš's mother tongue, and this consistent colour theme runs throughout the collection, complemented by black and brown tones. Each piece is crafted from see-through fabric adorned with affixed tiny crystals, adding a touch of sophistication and sparkle. There is still time for you to experience the art pieces and furniture by TEGET and view our first co-designed collection at the Saks Potts HQ until the end of today, June 14th, in Copenhagen. The collection will be available exclusively on sakspotts.com and teget.space end of July. Exhibition information: Bredgade 73 1260 Copenhagen 10am-6pm

New Year, New Collection: Marcel Wanders unveils an exciting collaboration with Fischbacher 1819, the globally acclaimed Swiss brand specialising in furnishing fabrics, carpets, and wallcoverings. The capsule textile collection, Ancient Memories, is a journey through time, exploring the archaeology of fabrics. In his dialogue with Fischbacher 1819, Marcel Wanders delves into how design can transcend surface-level beauty to evoke more profound emotions. Materials become more than decorative—they hold a patina and a depth that narrates the passage of time, giving them an emotional and visual dimension. In this pursuit, Ancient Memories was created in close collaboration with the narrative textile artist Caterina Roppo, celebrated for her ability to infuse stories and memories into the fibres she works with. Caterina helped shape a collection that goes beyond decoration: each weave is a vessel of memory, each thread a bridge connecting past and present, intertwining histories and cultures into one evocative narrative. Special thanks to Fischbacher 1819’s Creative Director, Camilla Douraghy Fischbacher and Head of Design, Claudia Kott!

Creativity Challenge in Fashion Design: In this challenge,we will design modern clothing inspired by various painting styles. Our goal is to gain a deeper understanding of these styles and foster creativity in fashion design. By exploring the world of art and fashion,we will create innovative ideas! 🎨👗 The design of this dress was inspired by a painting in the Rococo style, created by me. The Rococo style, which emerged in early 18th-century France,is recognized as an artistic and architectural movement that responded to the Baroque style. This style is characterized by intricate ornamentation, soft and light colors, and themes of romance and informality. In interior design,Rococo emphasizes small, intimate spaces and the use of furniture with curved and luxurious designs. In fashion design,Rococo also left a profound impact.Garments were crafted with abundant embellishments, expensive fabrics, and flowing, curved cuts. Large, layered skirts, along with decorative accessories such as elaborate hats and jewelry, contributed to the beauty and luxury of this style.Overall,Rococo symbolizes the opulent and carefree lifestyle of its time, emphasizing beauty and pleasure. #Creativity #Digital #Fashion #Fashion_Designer #Digital_illustration #2D
