Shift4, an integrated payments and commerce technology company, completed the acquisition of Revel Systems, an open cloud order management platform for restaurant and retail brands, for $250m. “Revel was an organization that intentionally overlooked payments for a very long time. So instantly, you have the ability to pursue existing customers switching over to payments. You don't need two restaurant products.
