The most valuable customer insights often come from the most unexpected places 🗺️ While a clear research goal and interview guide are important, some of the most valuable insights come from simply letting customers talk! Here's what I've learned about getting the most from customer interviews: 1️⃣ Start broad, then zoom in on specifics. 2️⃣ Stay flexible and follow interesting tangents. 3️⃣ Focus on past behaviors, not future intentions. 4️⃣ Allow for silences - they often lead to deeper insights. By truly understanding your customer's world, you can uncover insights that will shape your product strategy. What's one customer insight that completely changed your product strategy?
