Culture isn’t an office - it’s how we treat each other! 🤔 A Gallup study showed that teams with high engagement see a 21% increase in profitability 🚀 When it comes to remote or hybrid work, sales leaders need to be intentional about building a connected, engaged, and supportive team environment ❤️ For me, this means regular check-ins, celebrating wins (big or small), and fostering a sense of belonging—even if we’re not in the same room 🤝 #Sales #oneteam #TeamCulture #Remote #Hybrid

Remember when we’d walk the sales floor and have impromptu check-ins? Those were the good ole’ days. The shift to remote work has definitely changed the way a lot of us lead. Some ways I’ve adapted include: -Focusing on outcomes rather than activities. -Leverage tech for virtual coaching– like Gong! - Be intentional about communication - schedule regular one-on-ones and team meetings. - Create virtual spaces for casual interaction and peer learning. I’ve loved doing virtual “power hours” where my team gets on zoom and dials together. What's your best tip for leading a remote sales team?

Leading a remote sales team comes with its own set of challenges, especially when it comes to maintaining team cohesion and morale. Without physical presence in an office setting, sales leaders are forced to find ways to foster a sense of community and motivation within their teams. This can include regular check-ins, virtual team-building activities, and recognizing individual and team achievements. By investing time and effort into creating a positive remote work culture, you can boost productivity and keep your sales team engaged and inspired. #RemoteSalesLeadership #SalesLeadership #Teamwork

When engaging with recruiters, it's common to highlight how well one works independently, as we've been told it makes us look more capable. However, I like to emphasize the ability to collaborate even more. Teamwork makes the dream work, and in my experience, this applies whether it's an onsite or remote role. Collaborating with team members and pooling diverse perspectives has always helped solve problems more effectively, ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations. How has collaboration made a difference in your work experience? #Collaboration #Teamwork #CustomerSuccess

👥 Building a High-Performing Sales Team: The Power of Collaboration Let’s be real for a second. Sales teams can sometimes get competitive—too competitive. And while competition can be a good thing, it should never come at the expense of collaboration. In my experience, the best teams I’ve been part of weren’t just a group of individual stars. They were cohesive units, working together, sharing insights, helping each other close deals, and lifting each other up. 🙌 🤝 Collaboration is key. When one person wins, the entire team wins. Trust me, a rising tide lifts all boats. So, focus on fostering a culture where knowledge-sharing and support are the norm. Whether it’s sharing a killer email template, offering advice on handling tough objections, or just being there for each other—it works. 👉 If you’re looking for some actionable team-building strategies, check out this piece from Workplace (https://lnkd.in/dw3UeEQc). It’s got some great tips for creating a collaborative culture. #TeamBuilding #SalesCollaboration #SalesLeadership #StrongerTogether #SalesSuccess #HighPerformanceTeams #Teamwork #LeadershipInSales
