Speed to lead... This used to me a true B2B metric that is now making its way into the world of B2C marketing. Particularly on more complex, higher ticket sales items, all the demographic data you can pull to optimize ads and develop intent is helpful, but at the end of the day its still a big challenge to understand when someone is in market from third part tools. You have to capture the buyer on their time and really, only video can help you detect a buyers need for education and drive them through consideration stages... #video #customerexperience
