A big thanks to Clynton for taking the team through this extremely beneficial exercise. We all got a great deal out of it! Proud of the ‘Saltair Racing’ team’s efforts in achieving such great results.
Clynton Jaffray from Productivity Improvers recently delivered the Lean mobile Car Game simulation to 18 key members of Saltair Modular in Coolum, Queensland. This initiative aims to boost the efficiency of Saltair Modular’s construction processes and support their mission to provide high-quality homes across Australia. The Lean mobile Car Game helps participants improve resource management and workflow efficiency through Lean principles. Jaffray’s session demonstrated how these principles can be applied to modular home construction. "This simulation offers valuable insights for improving operational efficiency," Jaffray noted. "Our goal is to help Saltair Modular streamline their processes and better meet the demand for quality homes." The event was made possible by Steve Bridgers, Managing Director of Saltair Modular, whose support and commitment to innovation facilitated this collaboration. "Partnering with Productivity Improvers reflects our dedication to enhancing our processes and delivering quality housing," Bridgers said. This collaboration highlights a trend towards innovative solutions in the housing industry, positioning Saltair Modular to effectively address the need for accessible homes. https://lnkd.in/gsasgSve
