We've been exploring some common misconceptions about Mycobacterium testing via qPCR. Here's the next one:
❔Limits of detection for Mycobacterium via PCR are too high
👉 We use 1 litre for testing as opposed to the 100ml aliquots used in culture. This allows us to provide a test with a low limit of detection, equivalent to culture per 100ml for various different species.

I've been hearing about this for a while, but it's finally here - an easy-to-use genome titering kit for Gator's BLI platform! In 35 minutes of assay time, you can:
-Measure genome titer and genome integrity for any AAV, LNP, VLP, or similar sample (even crude!)
-Assess whether two or more specific sequences are present rapidly, not just general length of the PCR Product.

The Station One thaws frozen samples and reagents in a fraction of the time using only ambient air. Dual fans intake ambient air and channel it upward through a perforated thawing tray where it circulates over and around samples. This simple action decreases sample and reagent thawing times by up to 80% without any application of heat.
