The Realities of Building a Business (And How I Almost Lost Myself) 🤦🏻♂️ Building a business has been tough, and somewhere along the way, I lost sight of the things that truly matter—my physical health, mental clarity, and energy. I got stuck in the weeds, giving myself excuses and neglecting what kept me strong. The result? Mental fatigue and extra weight. But here’s the turning point: I realised that I can’t control outcomes, but I can control the actions and behaviors I show up with every day. So, yesterday marked Day 1 of getting back on track. Lessons Learned: 1. Control the Actions, Not the Outcome. I can’t predict everything, but I can control my efforts. 2. Small Wins Add Up. Little changes lead to big shifts. Wins from Day 1: • Meal Prepped: No more last-minute unhealthy choices. • Booked a Client Meeting: Taking action in my business. • Mental Clarity: I felt amazing after just one day. Moving Forward: I’ve built a simple framework to check in on my physical, mental, and business health daily. What actions are you taking to see the year out on strong? #EntrepreneurLife #MentalHealth #BusinessJourney

It's easy to lose sight of what is really important. While building this is cool, you need to make sure you are around long enough to enjoy it!
