It's Monday, thank goodness it's Monday and. I need to share this with you. I must. OK, so do you ever have that feeling where you're behind your desk and you're literally like, I just need a breaker? I can't think about anything else right now. Well, go for a walk. Use Claude dot AI the app. I do this walk around for about 20 minutes in the fresh air. I audio into Claude what I want. So it could be problem solving, brainstorming creative stuff and ultimately I've walked 20 minutes. I've got some fresh air and it's come out with some really creative ideas because that's what's been posting on today. I can then go back into the office and execute upon you're not doing it. You must really embracing maximize the time that we have. AI is just incredibly powerful right now and Claude AI on the app version. Audio to app is incredible too. And lastly, I want to share something my next segment. The second thing is this. And I was going to do a polished video or at least dress up, but no, I'm coming in rural real because this is what you're going to get to work with me if you choose to. I'm launching exclusive program called Essex. The reason it's 6 is only 6 spots and it's very much focused and it's an exclusive on your personal brand. How to communicate and amplify yourself further through digital just like I have over the last 20 odd years and think of me as your wing women. We're gonna do this together, strategize, create content articles, add value and ultimately it could be to retain clients, customers, bring on more, bring on new partnerships, whatever your goals are to support you along the way while staying alive across the road. But anyway, stay posted and my tip was clawed at AI in intra use it as brainstorming, problem solving UC app music audio.
